A few days ago, the original agent to Kiss Daniel, G-Worldwide Entertainment threatened to scuttle a concert being organized for Boxing Day in Lagos. The grouse with Kiss Daniel was that he ‘walked’ away from his management contract with the company. Not only that, he changed his stage name from Kizz Daniel to Kiss Daniel. 

Olisa Agbakoba counsel to G-Worldwide Entertainment early in the week warned that a court injunction would be obtained to stop Kiss Daniel from running his new record label and holding his advertised concert at Eko Hotel and Suites on December 26. 

Now his own lawyer, Oluwaseye Lawal has this to say, “As at today, there is no order of court stopping or preventing Kizz Daniel from practicing his craft.”

The lawyer said that the December 26 concert would go on. 

The truth of the matter is that G-Worldwide Entertainment lawyers had sent a letter to Kiss Daniel on the concert; but there is no subsisting court injunction stopping the show. The organizers of the concert revealed at yesterday’s news conference.
